High in protein and low in fat, marinated tofu makes an unusual stuffing for these mushrooms.
serve 4
8 large open mushrooms
3 spring onions, sliced
1 garlic love, crushed
30ml/ 2 tbsp oyster sauce
5g/10z packet marinated tofu,diced
200g/7oz can sweetcorn, drained
10ml/tsp sesame oil
salt and ground black pepper
1. preheat the oven to 200 degree C/400 degree F/GAS 6. Finely chop the mushrooms stalks and mix the next three ingredients.
